Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born on the 4th of October 1978) is an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001), and in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian, social worker and former as well as JoAnn Cook, weaver and instructor in cooking. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook was just seven years old when she appeared in a press release about foster care. When she was 10 years old, Cook began working as a child printer and was featured in national Target advertisements and on Milk Bone dog biscuits. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School. And Minneapolis South High School.
